What does the process look like?

 

The program includes:

 

  • a series of development workshops tailored to the team,

  • a series of individual 1:1 consultations,

  • implementation tasks between sessions,

  • regular reinforcement activities (materials, micro-habits, inspirations),

  • communication and support on Slack or a dedicated platform,

  • the possibility of full customization of the scope.
     

Duration: minimum 12 months

Format: in-person, online, hybrid

Collaboration model: a continuous development process (minimum one year)
