Consultations include:

 

  • individual talent diagnosis (e.g., CliftonStrengths / Strengths Profile),

  • analysis of results and discussion in the context of your daily work,

  • practical exercises and reflections on your working style,

  • translating insights into concrete decisions, habits, and strategies,

  • option for one-time work or a short cycle (2–4 meetings).
     

Format: online or offline

Duration: 120 min per meeting

Form: one-time consultation or developmental process
